I replaced strings of my electric bass. But they were only for first and second strings. Because the two size of them were 50 percent discounted in a shop. Bass strings are more expensive than guitar strings. I do not play an electric bass more often. In fact I tried to do it these days since I tried about 20 years ago. It means I am still a very beginner. This was the first time to replace bass strings though I have experienced to do for guitar strings many times. I sort of got nervous during replacement due to first time. Nothing happen, naturally, to finish. I was shocked to hear the sound of new strings because I did not know how nice the fresh strings tone to the bass is. This is no doubt that a fresh string is very nice to any musical instrument. Next time I will save money, and replace all 4 strings for the bass.

ベースの弦交換をしました。でも、１弦と２弦だけです。ちょうど楽器店でその２種類の弦だけ50％割引だったので、思わず買いました。ベース弦はギター弦に比べ、高価なので4つの弦全て購入するのは諦めました。だって、私はそんなに頻繁にベースを弾かないのでもったいないかなと。ここ最近ベースを弾いてみようとおもっているのですが、実際これは、約20年ぶりのことで、当時も初心者だったので、未だに初心者です。ギター弦の交換は何度もしたことがありますが、ベース弦については初めてだったので、ちょっと緊張しました。まぁ、普通に何事もなく終わりましたが。初めて新しい弦を張ったベースの音を聞いて、びっくりしました。（これが本来の弦の音かと。）やっぱり、ベース弦に限らず、弦楽器は古い弦を交換した方がいいですね。次はお金を貯めて、４つの弦、全てを交換したいです。
