A report about a local shopping mall that is losing costumers. I have to speak about the problems, and some recomendations.

The aim of this report is to outline the problems in our shopping mall, which have contributed the losing costumers.

First of all, as a shop's owner I like to highlight  the bad distribution of the parking. It is really small and the shopping mall is building up with a new shops around the area. Second, we only have a tiny and old restaurant for all our costumers. Is important solve this problem because when people is shopping and is tired, they want drink or eat something to rest.

As a result of these problems we are losing valious costumers. I suggest fix the parking on the one hand, we need a wide space for all the cars, so we can put money and buy the land near to the shopping mall for built a new parking. On the other hand, the idea is rebuild the eating space. We need a ligther and more accessible space for open new restaurants and fast food.

To sum up, our shopping mall has been oldfashionable and we need built new areas for make more comftable the shopping.
