Methods and stages of the research are outlined in this section. Overall, the methodology was chosen to design and structure our analysis was based on Maxwell’s Qualitative Research Design, which could help understand the structure of our study as well as to plan this study and carry it out. It adopts an interactive model that the different parts of a research design form an integrated and interacting whole (Maxwell 2008)

Research process

The thesis research approach was divided into four stages as displayed in the figure below (See Figure 7.2). The conceptual framework was constructed, and the research objects and the scope of research were determined in stage 1. Stage 2, Stage 3 and stage 4 were performed to answer RQ1, RQ2 and RQ3 respectively.
