A few weeks ago, a mockybird hit the glass of my kitchen's window.

It was flying at full speed at time of impact. Apparently, it was pursued by another bird.

It was a violent schock and the animal fell on the floor just before my eyes.

It was knocked out but I thought it may recover after a while.

Unfortunately, it was too seriously injured and it died.

It happens from time to time that birds do not see the glass when the inside of the room is dark.
