The equipment of scanner was applied to scan and record on the cars’-brand at parking lot and somewhere. It’s never getting wrong to a few words.

  I downloaded that kind of app by phone yesterday. Turn PDF to Words(languages). It isn’t work well at all. 

Shall anyone know what  kind of app and good function. Please recommend. Thanks ~
