The department of human recourses is pleased to announce the new reforms on the workers’ schedule. But before of that, we really want to express our sincerely gratitude for your understanding and patient with regard to all reforms that we have been doing. And, front of the recent threats of strike pronounced by the labor union, we want to tell you that a possible reduction of the profits would position the company in a hard situation which would oblige us to take measures that would be prejudicial for all of us. We hope it is believed that our company is going through a very difficult situation and it is doing all the efforts for not dismissing more workers. We sincerely believe that these changes on the schedule will bring benefits for all of us:

1. Taking into account the great difficulties for the workers’ transport in the morning, it has been decided to change the start work. From the next Monday all the workers must be start their labors at six a.m. and not at 7:00 as it had been doing it.

2. It has been noticed that all workers spend 7 minutes from their place of work to the restaurant of the company and 7 minutes from the restaurant to their place of work. That is the reason by which the time of lunch will be reduced 10 minutes.
