I went snowboarding with my friends which was first time in this season. It was about two yeas ago since I last did. I think I would like to go more frequently, at least once in a year, though.

 The weather was sunny on the day, and there was a few people on the piste more than average, so I could be slipping with pleasant feeling.

 However, it had been long time that I did last snowboarding, and I had not exercised long time in a daily life, so I was getting tired more and more in the last half of the day on the slopes. Especially, my legs said that we couldn't endure for sliding any more that I expected. Now that, muscle pains are here.

 After all, I realized, it is necessary to exercise regularly, and to go snowboarding no interval as much as possible if I wanna play well.

 

 友達と、今シーズン初のスノーボードに行ってきた。スノーボードは、約2年ぶりだ。もっと頻繁に行きたいと思ってはいるのだけれど。少なくとも、一年に一度は、と。

 ゲレンデは天気が良く、人も比較的少なかったから、滑っていて気持ち良かったー!

 でも、久しぶりなのと、普段運動をしていないつけが周って、後半はバテバテ。特に、足の踏ん張りが利かなくなり、そうなってくると、もはや思うように滑れなくなりました。おまけに、今、筋肉痛(笑)

 やはり、間隔を空けずに滑る事と、普段から体を動かすことが大事ですね。(笑)
