In this context, the Mexican government is convinced of generating conditions for economic growth and social prosperity. According to the "Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2013-2018", social development must be the priority of an Inclusive Mexico to guarantee the effective exercise of the social rights of all Mexicans that goes beyond assistance and connects human capital with the opportunities generated by the economy, and reducing inequality gaps and promoting the broadest social participation in public policies as a factor of cohesion and citizenship just as it is fundamental to promote a prosperity Mexico.
