记忆是人脑对经历过事物的识记、保持、再现或再认,它是进行思维想象等高级心理活动的基础。但记忆在大脑中存在着起伏期。我觉得我成长至今,对于自己童年的记忆都是片断式的。对的时候,大脑会突然闪现出一个小时候的片段。而这种童年记忆的闪现和记忆的模糊就像是我们大脑出现的程序故障,这让我联想到了 glitch art这种艺术形式。

 

Memory is the recognition, retention, and reproduction or recognition of experiences by the human brains, which is the foundation for advanced psychological activities such as thinking and imagination. However, there are memory fluctuations in our minds. To me, all my childhood memories are fragmented. When the time is right, one of these fragments can flash suddenly in my mind. This kind of flash and blurred  childhood memories are like program malfunctions in our brains, which reminds me of Glitch Art.

 

 

Glitch art 是在视觉上将画面变成破碎的、有缺陷的图像,画面的色彩也会随之失真。每一次的故障都是打破常规的再创造。

 

Glitch Art is an art form which visually transforms pictures into fragmented and defective images, followed by colour distortion accordingly. In Glitch Art, every malfunction is a re-creation that breaks the routine.

我选取了一部分自己在童年时期的照片,通过photomosh软件进行了glitch 的创作

 

I selected some photographs of my childhood to conduct Glitch Art creation by using Phtomosh.

根据之前glitch后的照片,我进行了进一步的实验,把这些照片再次放入photomosh 软件中进行二次创作。这些制作后的图片统一地出现错位和扭曲的状态。

 

Based on the photos by glitch, I conducted re-creation on these photos by using Photomosh. The completed pictures showed dislocation and distortion uniformly.

 

根据这些图片我把这种错位的技法运用在面料上进行了2d3d的转化,让面料呈现出立体的错位效果

 

Based on these pictures, I applied this dislocation technique on the fabric for transformation from 2D to 3D. This procedure let the fabric show a stereoscopic dislocation effect.

立裁实验方面,我尝试将错位这种技法运用在服装的版型上,让版与版之间出现3d的错位效果,将这些实验的小样与人体进行了拼贴组合。

 

During the draping cutting experiment, I tried to use this dislocation technique on garment patterns to create 3D dislocation between patterns. Subsequently, I combined the hand samples with human body.

面料的颜色选取了glitch art的绚丽的色彩,配色上采用同色系搭配以及少量的撞色设计。在鲜艳的面料上添加glitch后的马赛克图案。将这些图案运用刺绣的工艺让它们变成3d的效果。

 

The gorgeous colours of Glitch Art were selected for the fabric, while TOT (tone on tone) and a few hit clours were used in the colour matching. Mosaic patterns after glitch treatment were also added on bright fabrics. These patterns were transformed to 3D by using embroidery techniques.
