MY ANSWER: 

I like to eat ceviche but not any ceviche, my grandfather's ceviche; my mother's family live near the Peruvian coast, they are from Mollendo - Arequipa, a city of fishermen, for this reason I have eaten fish since I was little, but I live in Arequipa city and this is some kilometers to sea, for this I only eat ceviche in vacations.
I remember in one occasion when I was boy, my grandfather went with my brother and me to offshore and he fished his first fish of the day and in that moment cleaned it and make a ceviche only with lemons and his knife, I can't forget that taste, very pure, very delicious ... it was the first time that I eat ceviche, this dish can be complex if you aggregate some shillfish (for anyone you have to submerge to get it because not sell) but that time I taste the basis and love it.
