I am an Architect and I chose this field because it is a mix between civil engineering and design. I am very good dealing with numbers and I like the creativity, so Architecture matched perfectly my skills.  At university, I chose the specialization in building technology and I completed the last year in Switzerland, where I also worked in an international office focused on villas. There I worked on projects in British Virgin Islands and in the south of Europe, researching and implementing technological advances in the field of home automation. Besides the architectural design, I did meetings with clients and my task was to listen their desires and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs. 

During this period, I hadn´t the chance to go to the building site because any work was developed in Switzerland. I wanted to follow projects from the design until the construction, so Marc Holinger, the owner of the office, suggested that I move to MN2 Architects, a local but bigger office with projects only in Switzerland. There, I led the construction of two residential projects with low energy consumption systems and I also managed thetasks, working together with engineers and owners. Running those projects, I had a lot of interest in knowing more about Finance and I attended a course at the University of Geneva. I liked the topic and consequently I enrolled in the master of Real Estate at Polytechnic University of Valencia and Nottingham Trent University. This master was very useful to get in touch with investment and management in Real Estate companies and I learnt so much about Profit and Losses sheets, cash flow calculations and financial analysis.
