SOPA DE ESPINACAS

SPINACH SOUP.

INGREDIENTS

½ onion

2 big potatoes

100g of spinach

1 litre of vegetal broth

30g grated cheese

Salt.

PREPARATION

First of all we wash the spinach very well and we cut into thin strips. Coming up next, we wash the potatos, peel them and we cut them in thin slices. In a tureen we put the crushed onion, the potatoes and the spinach. We cover all with the broth and we bake it for 10 minutes with the container covered. We put salt in it and we let repose for 4 minutes. Before serving we sprinkle cheese on.
