I like the Spring Festival best. It’s the first day of the Chinese calendar.

On the eve, everyone cleans the rooms, do the dished, make delicious dumplings, buy firecrackers and gifts. A lot of people who study or work overseas must hope to go back to their hometown at that time.

When 12:00 at night, the new year comes, everyone eats their dumplings, drink cola and cry “HAPPY NEWYEAR!!” to each other. Then they get dressed and drive to the countryside and play fireworks or firecrackers. That’s busting with noise and excitement! After that, everybody watches a TV show called “Spring Festival Gala” or play games.

All in all, Spring Festival is one of the most important traditions in my culture. For me, it always means a really happy day. So, I love the day so much!
