I have decided ignorant the symptoms, trick the brain. I think that´s better for me. Today (23/11/2020) I am going to receive the result of my blood culture, It´s to reject an infection on blood. If the results are negatives (clear blood) I am going to consume the medicament that the pneumologist prescribed me. Furthermore, I am going to consume antihistamines, there is the possibility that I am allergic... I say that because my nostril always is blocked and That gives me a headache. It´s terrible. 

I have also decided to continue a routine, every day I am going to get up at 6:00 o´clock, after work or study for 1,30 minutes and rest for 30 minutes. like this until 10:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, the Sunday is to go the social red Instagram, only Sunday, because Instagram is very distracting, I can´t focus, that´s is the reason.
