Dear Sir / Madam,

 

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the introduction of the new delivery fee. I joined Meals Delivery Online a month ago under the ‘no delivery charge’ policy, what was in fact, a strong incentive to do it.

 

The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is that it was told on your website, that the first year would be completely free of any kind of additional fees, as well as some other conditions. As a result of this suddenly change, I feel greatly disconcerted about your commitment to your clients.

 

I know the price of food has increased lastly, and higher prices are resulting, but keeping untouched the promises means respect and confidence. I also think, the new fee may be implemented just for new clients.
