I have a question: 

Is it correct to say "time goes always the same" or "time goes always as well as"?

I´m writing about a text which talks about the perception of time: Times flyes when you are having fun or when your attention is really enganged in an activity. I´m trying to say that time doesn´t fly or drag, It is always the same, the difference is your perception of that time.
