When I reached this city on a cruise I got really excited; it was the first time I visited Russia -and the only one by the moment- and I was willing to visit its streets, its monuments, buildings, the great Hermitage and getting close to its people in order to listen to them speaking in their local language, how fascinating it is, quite difficult for a Spanish-speaking person but extremely interesting for a language learner. I didn’t get disappointed by my visit and went off with the pride of having known  one of the most beautiful cities in the world.-
