Since the Ashdown museum has finished the refurbishment, the number of visitors and satisfaction has changed while compare with the last year. There are two charts shows the comparison on the number of visitors and satisfaction during the year before and the year after it was refurbished.

The numbers of visitors had increased from 74000 to 92000 in these two years. Apparently the refurbishment has contributed to more visits. In addition, the percentage of very satisfied sector has increased rapidly from 15% to 35%, furthermore, the satisfied sector increased from 30% to 40%, moreover, the dissatisfied sector decreased from 15%to 40%, and the very dissatisfied sector has decreased from 10% to 5%. The no response sector kept the same in these two years.

In conclusion, the refurbishment has greatly helped the Ashdown museum to increase the number of visitors and satisfaction.
