In November of last year, I joined a project that was already 6 months behind schedule, the project team had already lost the customer trust.
The client threatened to shut down the project. The first thing I did was to understand the sticking points and organize daily meeting with the client to reassure them. After that, we worked very hard under very tight deadlines.
A month later, we had the first results and regained the customer confidence.
I think I have brought to the team my technical skills in managing data with SQL and my ability to communicate easily with the client.
At the end of the first step of the project, I was congratulated by the client for my involvement in the project.
