Dan Salvato seldom talks about the plot settings of Doki Doki Literature Club publicly(Well that's as far as I know~). So to get something I've been wondering about answered, emails are needed. Unfortunately I'm not so interested in sending emails that I'm not sure about getting a reply, so after I finished the gameplay, I set out to make a mod of my own, to express my thoughts and my own comprehension of the game. I'm certain that the lines of a successful mod should be with high quality. And with poor English, I will not be able to create beautiful dialogue and poems (which significantly affects the player's opinions about my mod). So that's basically my reason for learning English, online. I have time to study further. I mean, I'm still a schoolboy. But my passion for the game will not last forever. Which means I'll probably fail to make my own mod because I'm not interested in the game anymore. That will be regretful for me, and the game that I liked.
