After the celebration of New Year, I and my wife decided to visit Moscow. We fought that it would be interesting to have a look on the night illumination and decoration of our capital. The weather had not a truly strong winter character. It was warm and there was semi snow semi rain from the sky.

We arrived in the main Moscow Park, which has a name of great Soviet author Gorky. It was amazing! Park has icy lanes instead of summer asphalt ones. Under that lanes were built wood gangways, so we could see skaters, wich skated under the gangways. There were electric lights under the ice with different forms and colors. If it hasn`t been semi rain weather we could have had the whole perception of a winter dream. Many people skated underneath us.

We walked to the end of the gangways and crossed the Moscow-river, so we could watch the park from the other bank. We had seen Kremlin and decided to go to Red Square as to the endpoint of the walking. Red Square was very crowded. Main Moscow store - GUM was in bright lights. At the center of Red Square was disposed another ice rink. We stared at the crowd, made several photos, ate our snack with tea and took way to home.
