Work in teams can be a good way to achieve excellent results in a project because everybody can apport different kind of ideas due to the skills they have. A person of the group can be very creative, whereas another person can be less creative but good at maths. Besides, it's much better to work in teams because every person can do a different task, so then, the work can be achieved faster. 

In my opinion, working in teams is not my favorite thing to do, I use to fight with people that I disagree, also if someone is working slow in their job, I get mad instantly. In the school, I'm always told that working in teams is a skill that I have to develop, but it seems very difficult to me these days.

 I don't want to sound kind of arrogant, it's just my opinion and I'm sure that a lot of people think the same, for instance, two of my friends disagree working in teams as well. It doesn't mean that I don't try, as I was saying, on one hand, I don't like to do this, on the other hand, if I learn how to manage these problems I guess it would attract a lot of benefits in the future.
