More that to do exercise I like the benefits of sport: reduce the anxiety and stress, your mind are cleared, you feel that you can think fast; Because of this I do exercise every day.
For some time, I went to gym but it placed far from my house and after of a bit of time you can feel the type of exercise more appropriate for yourself for this I prefer to do exercise outside.
I split my sport routine in two parts, "burn of fat" where I do HIIT or climb Hunter's hill and "increase of muscle" where I do crossfit.
