I am writing to regard to the installation of the new telcom tower, made 2 week ago in this part of the town. I am Oscar Oliver, resident of the area.

The first thing I would like to draw your attention is that the installation process took two days, not one as you informed us on the email. Secondly and more important, the service has gotten much worse since the installation of the new tower. This was promoted as a way to offer a better service, but in instead, the service quality (both internet and phone calls) has decreased considerably. This situation is quite annoying and frustrating and my opinion should be resolve as soon as possible. 

Could you tell me when this crisis will be attend? And how long is going to take? Also if I could make a suggestion, the reparation should take place on weekends to avoid mayor disruptions.
