Nowadays, there is a tendency where young people prefer to stay with their families more than before. Apparently, they do not want to leave their comfort zone. Staying in the parents' house may be better than living in a house of our property, but this doesn't mean that is better. In my opinion, I consider people who live in their own house or apartment more responsible as well as independent that people who prefer living with their parents. From my point of view, the last ones are avoiding responsibilities. That's why I believe that the early independence from their parents can definitely bring a lot of benefits, but this is not always true. Perhaps it depends on each case.
As previously referred, young adults who decide to rent or buy an apartment or a house is a synonym of responsibility. Even if this action is made with a friend or any other person. Doing this reflects they are assuming the responsibility for a new life without their parents. Also they will have to pay the bills, clean the complete house or apartment, paint it, etc. Furthermore, they have to orgnanize their own money because there won't be the parents to rescue them in case they spent all their money in the party.
On the other hand, if young adults have a good job and they are well paid, living with their parents for a longer time can be considered as an investment for the future. They may want to leave the house of their parents but doing that, they are obligated to buy a cheap house or apartment. Probably, whether they decide to stay with their parents is because they want to save some money for one or two years. So that, when the time of leaving home will has come, a good house located in an elite neighborhood might be affordable to them.
