Both results obtained in previous stages are fundamentals in the construction of the third one. A report contrasting and compering well-being results and social capital level of each community, will provide information regarding the level of impact made by different projects and partners organizations. The researcher considers really interesting to see the impact made by the follow up plan on families. Doing a check list, using simple observation and some simple questions at the moment of visiting the families, prompts in obtaining noticeable evidence about how the follow up plan efforts have incorporated into families ‘routine.  Finally, the researcher will have enough elements to come out for a conclusion that answers the second question of the research.
