I wish to apply for the vacancy of a virtual assistant, advertise on your Instagram. As a professional in the areas of sales, customer support, shipping and logistics, and administration for more than 15 years, I’m confident I have the skills and abilities required to make a valuable contribution to the role and so this agency.
As you can see from my attached resume, I am a chemical engineer with extensive experience in sales and customer support in the instrumental analysis industry, including the execution of marketing and sales strategies for the sale of new instruments, inbound customer service, answering client queries and solving problems with their instruments like vessel events, the development of a new application or other minor troubleshooting, managed a calendar of visits for myself and so for the service technician, arranged travel/ flight reservations for the service technician and myself, made sales presentations and results presentations, qualified leads by cold calling, did the follow-up until getting the sale and many other tasks that helped me gain critical thinking, be good at solving problems and excel my communication skills.
As part of my work, I also managed and oversaw shipping and logistics documentation and procedures as I worked with the importation of spare parts and instruments. Another important skill that will make me an ideal candidate is that I am a detailed-oriented person, having participated in many public bids following detailed instruction made me be a person who takes a lot of notes and pay attention to all details including what is not explicit.
