Personnally, I prefer to work in a company which has clear and defined rules than a company that choose more flexible rules and let their employees to manage themselves.First, I know that I am a person who is discipline and like rigor that's why I prefer to work in the first type of company. I think that I will be more efficient if there are rules. I also find that you know where you go in a company which is structured and well-organized. All the employees are also treated on the same basis because the rules are the same for all. Moreover, I think that rules help to work in groups. When you work in a company which gives no precise rules and fosters creativity, it is more difficult to lead a project and to be agree with your colleagues because there is no precise method to which you can refer. Then, I don't like people who are too original and want to impose their views to the others because they are convinced that they have the best idea. You more likely to find this kind of unrealistic person in a company which encourages freeforms of management and work.It can be paradoxical but I also think that a company which is well structured by rules protect the liberty of its employees. Indeed, I think that companies that adopt freeforms of hierarchy and wants to imply the employees in the organization of the company try first of all to make economies by recruiting less people because employees do that by themselves. It can stimulates the employees at the beginning but I think that it makes more work to do and create pressure in the long-term. In a nutshell, I think that I couldn't work in a company without hierarchy an rules.
