I remember. My family and I were on vacation at the beach. The weather was sunny. I was relaxed, my son swam and my wife ate a lot seafood. Also I remember. we were in the party Carnival; there's a lot fun. we traveled from Quito to Guaranda and we played all time. I was very fun and pleased because I saw my family were very happy.

When I was 15 years old, I remembered that I read Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. This book has been one of most significant readings that I have had in my live. Then, almost 20 years later, this book ends on my hands again.

How do you feel when things don´t turn out as you wish? That is frustration, we experience it during all our lives, as children we learn that we can't have all we want, so that, as much as we learn it as a child, as much as happy we'll be in the future being capable of control frustration.
