During this winter off, I will take English conversation lessons every day but New Year's Eve and New Year's day.

I started jogging this morning.

I ran and walked alongside the river.

The total length of running and walking is about 4km.

I feel a little bit tired but comfortable.

I could release my stress!

I took nine days off from today to Jan 3rd for year end and new year holiday.

I want to start jogging during these nine days because I feel heavy.

I'm planning to run along the river near my house since tomorrow.
