Today I'm going to write about a trip I went on Saturday. It was a trip I went with my family, riding in motorbikes, to a place called "El salto de Cocorná". It takes about one and half hours to get there from Medellín. When we arrived there we parked our motorbikes and went into a restaurant that is located there. The sightseeing from the restaurant is beautiful because it is located over a mountain and in front there is a long waterfall.

In this paragraph, I will describe a piece of advice that helped my friend to have a healthy life. My friend Samuel always had headaches, backache, and sometimes he did not eat well.
