I made key ring with my daughter yesterday.

We used plastic shrink wrap.

My daughter enjoyed drawing picture of a koala on the wrap.

When the plastic shrink wrap is baked, it shrinks shrinks shrinks......

I love this moment.

We made nice key ring.

I've gone on diet since March.

I lost my weight about 6 kg. (13 pond).

I do weight training for 12 minute everyday.

I eat a lot of lunch, but I eat a little at night.

I want to lose my weight another 4 kg.

I made scones with my kids on the weekends.

We made 2 kind of scones.

One of them was chocolate scones, and the other was banana scones.

Both of them were very tasty.

The outside was crispy and the inside was fluffy.

These scones were made of pancake mix. It's easy to make.

It was a shop of muffins.

I bought a blueberry rare cheese muffin and a raspberry white chocolate muffin.

I know how to eat muffins deliciously.

First, heat them in a microwave for 40seconds at 500W.

Then, bake them in a toaster for 2minute.
