Second part: How to convert a simple present tense into a question?

For example: This is your handbag. It's a simple present tense. If we convert it into a question. then we need to put the verb "is" in (at) the beginning of the sentence in front of thesubject (in front of the subject). after that the period should be changed into question mark at the end.  Is this your handbag We can read it for the rising tone. Also can not read it for the rising tone.  in daily communications, it is not necessary to put a verb in the beginning of the sentence. (in front of subject), The question mark can be inserted at the end of the sentence. For example. The sentence“This is your book? “ or “ This is your coat?  ” This is your skirt?  At this point,  you have to say them in the rising tone..
