Dear David Kennedy,

I would like to apply for a job at Treetops Activity Centre. I am a 19 years old student looking for a summer job in England. I would prefer to work as a cook or a sport leader.

My parents own a restaurant and I have helped in kitchen there since I was fourteen years old. I have cooked all kind of meals and I have also worked as a waitress. I’m used to working at weekends.   

Not only I have been taking part in school and collage basketball team since I was 8 years old, but also I like going out to play basketball at weekends. I took part in school swimming from 8 to 11 years old and I also love to play tennis.

Now I am at collage studying biotechnology and unfortunately my term does not finish until 15 June. If it is not a problem I would be available to start work then.

Let me conclude by saying that I have four younger brothers and sisters whom I had to take care. I can say that I am keen on looking after children.
