This is my exam - to write an article in English. I decided to write about something useful for this community. Thank you in advance for all corrections.

Enjoy.

1. Memrise

Memrise is something fun. Their vocabulary isn't what we used to see. There are collections "Japanese translation of Harry Potter", "Croatian naughty words" and "How would Eddie Murphy sound in French". Their learning method is to create funny associations with words. Memrise decided to use popular memes to playfully help remember the vocabulary. You can follow other people and learn points together or separately. There is a ranking system that shows who is the best at the course. That motivates!

2. Duolingo

Duolingo was created by Luis Von Ahn who successfully merged gamification. The main feature of Duolingo that it is not focused on the English language. Each course for every language is being created by native speakers. Duolingo one of the best app with more than one hundred million users.

3. HelloTalk

So isn't it time to practice speaking? Hello Talked aimed at improving speaking skills by eliminating the stress of real conversation. HelloTalk helps users to find native speakers and connect them via WhatsApp. You can mark your best conversations and highlight top phrases or words.

4. Mindsnacks

Mindsnacks is more a game than a learning app. There are seven languages that could be taught. For every language app proposes a couple of tiny games. Mindsnacks monitors progress and informs you about your progress or fields that should be improved more. The only one minus of this app that you can get a small number of games for free. If you want to get full access you should pay.

5. Busuu

This app proposes you courses for twelve languages. The app is free but the basic pack is very shallow so you have to pay 17$ monthly for all features. There are two versions of the app: Mobile and Desktop. Courses are created by native speakers who also support learners and give advice during the course. You can contact native speakers at every time and chat with them. It is my personal choice: This app helped in writing my paper in the English language and this article is the result of my learning process with Busuu.

6. Babbel

This app is kind of a professor among all those gamified apps. The free version comes with forty classes for thirteen languages. Each class has a simple system with vocabulary and exercises. The app helps to build both conversation and writing skills.

7. Lingua.ly

The feature of this app is their learning strategy. The app pulls texts and articles from the internet. At the start you should pass a test to determine your level. Then you'd be recommended to choose your interests and Lingua.ly will start looking for articles according to your wishes. When you see an unknown word you can tap on it to see a translation. The word will be added to your vocabulary.
