In this task, I was requested to fill out a feedback form. I've had a bad experience at this restaurant and I had to write about what happened, what was the problem and to give a solution for it.   ​

The Big Burger Bar 
I was there a few days ago and, unfortunately, I cannot say that I had a good time.
What happened was, I have been at your restaurant a couple of times and I have always been well serviced, the food is amazing, the waiters nice, aside from the fact that the whole process would just take the necessary amount of time, not too long, not too soon, just right.
This time the whole place looked like a mess, first, the place was stuffed, which, I believe, drove the waiters crazy, second, the time to get a meal was almost unbelievable not forgetting that when it finally would be delivered in our tables the food has already cooled. What bothers me the most is the fact the quality of your service dropped off in all fields, such as, good treatment, flavor, efficiency and so on.
I highly recommend you to plan a process for when a situation like that happens, where you can maximize it and keep up with the good service that your restaurant is well known for. Break it down into small steps all the tasks, since delivering a glass of water to the whole writing down the order, taking to the head chef and back to the client again, I believe you can figure out a way to accomplish your services faster. This is the path to solve the problem in a short-term as well as in a long run.
