I would like to have a factory near my community, the areas with factories around have better economy and people who live close to them can find opportunities to increase their money by business opportunity, employment or real sate development.

I think that many people in my neighborhood will oppose to build a factory. One of the strongest reasons is because the factory will bring population causing traffic and noise. Even though, populated areas bring good business opportunities and if you are clever, you will find the necessities of this society around, make a business plan and increment your economy.

For example in my country when we have a factory near people take advantage making business and offering some services; the most popular and convenient are restaurants and mini supermarkets. As a result they have a better economy for their families.

I consider being lucky if I had a factory close to my house because there would be more employment and the advantage of this could be a lot. For instance where I live I have to commute long distance to get to my job and I lose a lot of time into the traffic, but with a factory close from where I live, I would have more time.

Those opponents to build a factory close our area will see that with the increase of economy and population the cost of our properties could be rise more than double, as a result they can sell it and go to live wherever they like.

Definitely there is more advantage to have a factory in my neighborhood. We know that if a country wants to increase their economy and have a better life for citizens the best plan is to industrialize cities and building factories, this will bring a lot of great chances for the people around.
