The different groups arose out of misunderstandings regarding the nature of the inscriptions found on the celestial object. It was clear that the object had landed there not by chance. It had landed on a location that was equidistant from all of the five settlements. Therefore, all of the five settlements had claimed the object as their own. A certain group of people asserted that the inscriptions on the object were a warning of an impending catastrophe which was to affect all of the five settlements. Another group of people propounded that the inscriptions on the object contained some hidden knowledge that was to prove extremely beneficial to all of the settlements. The firsts brawls started to take place when one of the groups decided to move the object in order to study it more carefully.
