I am writing to you to express our dissatisfaction with the order n. 2014-5005088-B 

On 2014/12/15 we ordered some spare parts for our cutting machine and your sales department told us it would be delivered on January 10, but the consignment arrived yesterday and it was incomplete. 

This mistake has caused a terrible delay in our production line because we had not been capable of repair our machine on time. 

We expect you to send the rest of the order by 24 hours transport and we hope it won´t happen again.
