Fortunately, new technologies allow us nowadays communicate with any person from any place in the worls. There are several apps, websites, etc. than enable language exchange through video call using software tools such as Skype. You only have to arrange a virtual meeting with somebody interested in a language exchange and then you will be able to practice your spoken Engish just at home. I fin this very useful and comfortable since I can choose the meeting time that better suits my daily duties. So it's been a great way to improve my speaking skills and also meet interesting people all over the world. I highly reccoment this! I hope my advice can fill your needs.
