Parents are not the best teachers because they don’t have the maturity to educate chindren. People get maturity when they are older but when they gain that experience they cannot give life children. People start to have babies between the ages of 20 to 40 when they do not have the knowledge and capability to raise children. The best ages to raise children are between 50 to 70. That’s why, I agree with the statement of a best seller writer Neal Donald Walsh. He said, “Child raising was meant to be an activity of the elders”.

Parents do not have the experience to educate children; when they can give life biologically they are too young to growing up a child. People in their youth are more interested in pursuit a career, learn new things and live more experiences in life than growing children. In some countries people have children at very early ages when they are not ready to take care of their children. Consequently grand parents usually parenting their children who are best teachers because they teach with patient and they already have more time to teach and they don’t matter anything else in life just to teach their children’s daughter or son.

Elderly are the best teachers; they know very well the needs of children, for the reason that they already raised children. For instance when I was child my grand parents take care of me and they usually teach me new things with a lot of calm and they always give me a good examples of whatever they teach me. They understood how I felt and why I behaved in certain way without of judgment and punish my behavior.

If children were raised by elderly, they would be better humans beings able to convey good values and culture to the next generations, we would have better societies. The majority of parents in Mexico leave their children in the caring of their parents. As a result, children grow up with a good values and memories about their children hood.
