At first I didn’t see the pictures because yahoo sends them to the bottom of the email. I have also heard that the process by which the image was formed is still unclear. Some talk about some sort of nuclear reaction or something of the sort. A scientist even said that for the image to be formed the body must have been levitating when the resurrection occurred. As Christians, we all live in the hope of undergoing the same process, since it is written: “Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality” (1 Corinthians 15:51-53). Have you seen how much the Pope was criticized for writing “Laudato Si”? I think it was very brave from him to have written this document, since it was obvious that is was going to receive heavy criticisms from the oil industry, as well as from prominent journalists and politicians who are being financed by the oil industry. I abelieve that that oil is the main culprit of most of the conflicts today. It is because of the oil that the Middle East was invaded, and it is because of the oil that many Middle Eastern nations are able to finance terrorist groups. Of course that these things are not mentioned in the encyclical, but they are additional good reasons to search for alternative sources of energy, especially when taking into consideration that, as the Pope said, the oil industry is strongly linked to climate change and contamination. What do you think about these things? Have a nice day!
