The best way to imrove public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Some people reckon that sport facilities could help us to improve our health, whereas other think that there are other measures which makes our health better. With regard to improving health by sport facilities, people believe it is acceptable for several reasons. Firstly, they think that sport is the most important things to maintain health. For instance, we know that running help us with heart deseases and keep fit. Furthermore, it is belived by some that sport facilities make people do sport more because there are more opportunity to do it. Many people don't go to the gym or sport centers because this is far from their location. Undoubtedly, if there will be more sports centers, people will be able to be sporty. However, I do not believe these arguments stand up to scrutiny. To begin, it has been shown that not only sport is the key role of people's health. As well as this, good diet, giving up bad habits are important too. Without all this is impossible to keep health. In addition, many people do not sport in usual life, but they have active work. Thus they don't need sport facilities. To sum up, I would like to stress that sport is good way to improve public health but if do not focus only on sport but also on another thing.
