Do you know how important is  the classroom management and motivation in teaching-learning process? It seems that both should be present in a primary classroom if your aim is students learn to use English language to communicate amongst themselves. A teacher should be able to use different strategies to convey their lesson effectively. Therefore, it is important that a teacher has received a good training and knows how to choose the appropriate tools to apply in a class.

There are a variety of strategies to take into account. Firstly, the teacher should be the leader of the classroom, that is, he/she has to control students’ behaviour. It is very difficult to teach if your students don’t respect you, speak loudly, don’t pay attention, and so on. A good teacher looks calm, speak to students using an adequate voice level and create a good environment where children feel self-confidence and relaxed.  If you manage your students listen to you carefully and pay attention while you are explaining a lesson, they will be able to learn and acquire the knowledge which you want to they get it. Another strategy you could use in your classroom management every day, it is body language. As the article says children analyze every gesture, facial expression or how you move around the classroom, so if you look enthusiastic and motivated when you speak to or teach them you will get your students engage in your class. Therefore, it's very important that you do not look weak and insecure in front of them.

A good teacher should not improvise in classroom, when this occurs means that the teacher hasn’t organise anything to teach to his/her students. Every day you have to check and plan what are you working with your students in the classroom. This means managing every step of your teaching routine. Also, a teacher should analyse his/her management parts and find out what working better and what working less in their lesson, so according to the article, you could record yourself to look what you should improve such as classroom language, instructions, activities and so on.

From my point of view, you have to take into account many factors about yourself and around you because of they can influence teaching-learning process. So, it is important you selected effectively classroom management.
