1. Good morning, have you found this place easily?

2. Oh yes! I haven't had any problem because I worked near here some years ago, but I have to admit that it’s difficult to drive in this area.

1. Yes, it is. And it’s much worse with this terrible weather.

2. Yes, it’s true, but I supposed that it’s common at this season.

1. And tell me, are you from this city?

2. Yes, I grew up here although I lived in several cities in the last few years.

1. Ok, let’s with the interview.

1. Have you come for the position of manager, haven’t you?  How did you know about this job bid?

2. Yes, I am interested in the position of manager and I found this job bid through a job seeker website called Infojobs.

1. Tell me a little about yourself?

2. I am David, as you know, I live in Puerto Santa María, although I was born in Cádiz, where I grew up. I am very looking forward to do this interview, because I don’t usually  have much interviews so I haven’t many opportunities to show myself, but when I do it the result is usually successful.

1. What do you know about our company?

2. I have to admit that I was inquiring before coming at this interview and I know that is a medium company which is growing quickly, is made up for young people and with raring to work well. I also know   that this company has got the award to most competitive company recently.

2. What are your short and long term goals?

2. In a short term goal, I want to find a job, for getting economic stability, this would be my main target now. And in the long term goal, I’d like to get promotion within my work area, improve my English and maybe I will begin to learn French when I reach a high level English.

1. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

2. I would say that my strong points are my organization and my ability to prefix to the problems.

And my weakness it would be maybe that I usually demand people around me the same effort that  I do and some of this people disappoint  me sometimes.

1.Why should  I  hire you ?

2. There are two reasons I should be hired. First, I have extensive experience on a similar work and second, I’m ambitious and motivated.
