I usually do bilingual exchange in my own city. Ther are a man  who try make me speak English and sometimes he comes with his wife. They both are learning Spanish. He usually spend one hour once a week talking Spanish with me and two of my friends. Before fallas, a celebration that take place in March in Valencia, we went with him to have a "tapas".This meal born because Jeff's wife had to work in Vietnam for two weeks. They have a daughter, she is not 4 years old yet. Jeff is very stuborn and he wants to cook. In one of our meeting he asked us: "¿ las patas de la sepia se comen? " But he didn't know what is the word for the foots of the cuttlefish and he tried to do they with gestures. In other occasion he asked again about cooking, he had cooked artichokes and the girl said "dad I don't like this, this is fibrous" so we decided to go with Jeff and show him how order typical dishes and explain how to cook it.

I didn't know how differents we are. There are things that we eat and you don't eat and when a person like Jeff read a recipe doesn't understand well the instructions. We go with him to a restaurant and order dishes that we thought he like them. In the end, he liked a lot all the dishes that he tasted, now he know and what to order, the texture and the correct aspect of the meals.
