The number of people living on our planet is growing every day. As there are more of us, there is more rubbish, which we are producing. It has become a problem long ago, but we still can’t handle it. As there are more people (customers is more appropriate), there are more goods we produce to cope with an increasing demand. Another reason of such an increasing amount of rubbish is improvement of life. The more income we have, the more we spend buying things which eventually become rubbish.
This is not a problem of governments only, but this is a problem of all people. If we change our way of living we will save the earth for our children. For example some people buy so much food that even doors of their fridges do not close. They can’t consume all they bought and it becomes rubbish after a while.
Another way of solving this problem is not to be lazy. Nowadays we became so lazy that it is easier to buy plastic plates and forks, for instance, to prevent us from washing. Plastic is the most used material and the most hard for recycling. Just remember it next time you will be buying some plastic stuff.
Minor changing of our habits may help to remain amount of rubbish at the same level or even it may decrease it. In the end, I want to remind everyone, that we are able to solve almost every serious problem, if we do it together.
