※To corrector, I don't care if you correct or change my English texts radically. i just want to tell my gratuity to the USA fully so I need English writing they can understand. Finally I've come back to my country, which means my 3 months US travel has finished. Over three months ago I was struggling to prepare for this travel at my house in Tokyo. I had no idea what kind of stuff should I put in my backpack because I had never done such a long travel before, but only one thing I was sure was that America seemed way dangerous than Japan, so I bought a bunch of locks in order to protect every mouthes of my bags. My brother gave me a nice advice, "Pay attention to your back over there, not to be hit by a skateboard. American thieves often use simple and brutal way." My Japanese friend also told me, "When you're walking on the street, don't look at their eyes, Riku. That is the sign of fight in that country. If you got involved such an accident, pass $30〜$40 as soon as possible and then, run away." "Hey Riku, do you know this? American hates Asian's smile. You should practice to make a good one by yourself in front of the mirror." My grandmother said, "You travel for THREE MONTHS, Riku? Why so long time? Is there enough many places to see? By the way, which is bigger, the US or Japan?" Anyways, almost three months ago I dived in to this country, making myself blind. When I stepped the ground of JFK airport and saw many giant American security guards, I just got freaked out. I thought, "this is the different world. I can't use Japanese language any more. Mama isn't here..." I went to the immigration with the best alert mode in my life. "Hi, boy, where are you from? Oh, Tokyo. It's a nice city. What's the purpose of your visit?" "Just for travel." "How many days?" "About three months." "What!?" "Three months......" "Who are you? What is your true purpose?" "I'm just a student! See, this is my student card! I'm taking a break one semester." I began to sweat...... "Oh, I see. I was just kidding. I envy you. I want to travel for 3 months. Can I follow you?" "......Yes?" "But, I have to do this job. So you just do this job and I'll go travel for three months instead of you. Are you OK? Ha ha it's a joke. Take care boy, and Good Luck!! Welcome to the United States of America!!" He put a big stamp on my pass port. After three minutes talk, I knew I came to the super cool country. Just one American immigration officer, even whose name I don't know eased my tension and grabbed my heart. From that experience to the end of my travel, I've always been fascinated this country. It has never betrayed me. I was, am and always will be a huge fun of the United States of America! Please remember, all of friends I met in this country. I have a good memory since when I was a child and I promise you, I still remember well your name, where you are from, what we talked, and more no matter you forgot me. If you have a chance to visit my beautiful country, please contact me. I'm happy to show it and it's my pleasure. Even after this posting, I'll still keep posting on my Facebook about my US travel. I didn't have Wi-Fi in this country in order to save up my money, and as you know, the free Wi-Fi in hostels are sucks so I need to visit Starbucks to get the internet and I don't have enough time to write all of my treasures during this travel. Thanks to Mark Zuckerburg and English language, I can express my gratuity to all of my friends easily here and I'd like to complete that mission. Thank you for taking the time to read.
