I don't agree with the opinion that the company should make English the official language of the company because not all bussinessmen in Japan can speak it.

  Of course , English is important language because it is a universal language ; many companies in developed country in the world make it the official language .

  On the otharhand , many Japanese can hardly speak it fluently. Actually ,for example ,some people who graduate from a university ,where they studied English ,cannot even speak it well. Additionally, it is difficult to learn it when they have grown up because bussinessmen don't have much time to study it.

  In conclusion ,the company should not adopt English as the official language of the company.
