It is important for children to distinguish the right and wrong at early age, however, the punishment should be taken into consideration while children make mistake? I think the answer is yes, but the extent of punishment should be concerned and need to perform in the proper way (or appropriate manner). In my point of view, if we don’t teach the children to do the right thing at early age, so the society would does it. I prefer to teach the child by myself instead of the society.

There are some punishments has been applied in many places by the parents and teacher, first, the child is prohibited to have snacks if he did a wrong thing. Secondly, if the child can’t keep concentrate on the important thig, he/she may be required to keep doing this thing until finish it. Furthermore, the child has to the housework if he/she mess up his house. Thirdly, the time of entertainment is under the control by their parents, they can’t spend too much time in watching TV or play games. Moreover, the child needs to apologize immediately when he/she made a mistake.

Above all, we should teach the child to do the right thing at an early age, if him/she do a wrong thing, we need to teach time how to fix it and encourage him/she while do the good thing. Punishment is important, whereas the patience and love are more important than it.
